Hi, my name is Imani. I’m a qualified physiotherapist (BSc Hons) and and I currently work as a private MSK physiotherapist.
Alongside my physiotherapy work, I teach both mat and reformer Pilates. I work daily with people experiencing back, neck, shoulder, and lower-limb problems, and bring this clinical experience into my Pilates sessions.
My Pilates sessions are suitable for people both with and without pain. I work with those returning to movement after injury, as well as people who simply want to move better, build strength, and feel more confident in their body.
I offer both small group classes and 1:1 sessions, with exercises adapted to suit individual needs, abilities, and goals, in a calm and supportive environment.
Pilates focuses on building strength, control, mobility, and body awareness through slow, purposeful movement and breathing.
Every exercise has different levels, so you can start where you are and progress at your own pace. I’ll always give options to make movements easier or more challenging depending on your ability, confidence, and how your body feels on the day.

Thursdays: 6:30pm - 7:30pm
